OUR KEY MESSAGE
Breast Friends, Save the Nufu
Based on our big idea “Early Detection Saves Lives,” which
encapsulates urgency, hope, and empowerment in the fight against breast cancer; “Breast Friends, Save the Nufu” encourages people, especially women, to form supportive networks (Breast Friends) and take proactive steps to safeguard and enhance their breast health (Save the Nufu).
The Call to Action
50% of individuals diagnosed with breast cancer in Ghana do not survive, a stark contrast to the global average survival rate of 90%. This disparity isn't just alarming; it's a call to action. We cannot and will not accept this as our reality
